2.2该系统对发酵过程的温度实现智能控制,为生物菌的生长繁殖提供了稳定适宜的生长环境,大大提高了生物菌的生长繁殖速度,从而缩短了发酵周期。
通过对2003年11月至2004年3月期间采用温度自动控制的4号发酵罐的发酵周期与没有采用温度自动控制的1号、3号发酵罐的发酵周期进行对比,在菌种、接种量、培养条件完全相同的情况下,前者比后者缩短4小时,缩短发酵周期11%,对比数据见表1。发酵周期的缩短,提高了设备利用率,节能降耗,减少生产成本,提高经济效益。在生产旺季会有更加显著的效果。

3.结论
经过工业现场实际运行证明,SBA-P1发酵在线pH温度智能控制系统运行稳定可靠,操作简单,使用方便;特别是抓住了发酵生产中pH值和温度这两个关键的环境因素进行控制,系统不致过于复杂庞大,投资小,见效快,实用性强,非常适合在生物肥生产企业中推广应用。

Abstract: The research of bio-fertilizer is an important step in carrying out the strategy of sustainable development in agriculture. Ferment is the key in the process of producing bio-fertilizer. However, in current production, most factories use simple man-operated instrument to measure; thus fluctuation and unstable quality became severe problems. In order to solve these problems, SBA-P1 Ferment Online PH Temperature Intelligent Control System was developed by Biology Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Science. This system was applied to the ferment process in Shandong Bai’ao Co. During the working process, the system draws pH value varying curves for the study of ferment rules, controls the cycle of ferment, and deals with abnormal ferment timely. At the same time, auto-control of temperature could provide the bacteria with stable and fitting environment, increase their speed of growth and reproduction, and shorten the ferment cycle. Therefore the pH Temperature Intelligent Control System fits very much the application in bio-fertilizer producing enterprises.
